- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I loved my dentist and assistant but the reception staff in this office are so unprofessional. I had a follow up appointment and exam scheduled for 2pm, got there she said it was for 1:20pm luckily I found the appointment card and it was indeed 2pm. All of a sudden my dentist isn't there either and not once did they think to call so I wouldn't drive there, the other dentist available refused to see me because I was already seen by the first dentist. I'm beyond pissed cause this is my only day off and they refuse to take responsibility for this. The receptionist kept trying to blame the assistant, I don't get how if the dentist had an emergency and had to leave.
